According to health experts, cashews are ripe with phytochemical sand antioxidants that protect us from heart disease and cancer. Wonderfully cholesterol free, they are the second healthiest nuts, rich in mineral copper and magnesium, which are both vital vitamins for the function of enzymes involved in combining collagen and elastin, providing benefits to bones, joints, skin and hair.
Our cashew nuts are harvested by guided farming techniques in two main areas: Muntigunung and Flores. Once harvested, all the cashews are collected in Muntigunung and cold cracked, peeled and packaged by the local villagers to provide maximum employment for these people. It doesn’t get more local than that.

We have learned that cashews cracked cold – without the use of machines and forced heating – retains a lot more of its health benefits as well as provides more jobs.
